What to expect:
Who it's for:
Boarding is perfect for when you need your pet to stay for an extended period while you’re away or when you can't be home to care for them.
What it is:
Pet daycare is a great option for when you need someone to care for your pet during the day while you're at work, running errands, or just need some time for yourself. It’s like a playdate for your pet—no overnight stays involved!
What to expect:
Who it's for:
Daycare is ideal for pets who need extra socialization, exercise, or attention during the day. It's also a great option for dogs with separation anxiety or pets that just want a little extra fun while you're away.

Specialty Pets:
Whether it's a small animal, bird, or reptile, we make sure each pet has a safe and secure environment. We follow species-specific protocols for handling and safety to ensure your pet remains stress-free and well-cared for during their time with us.
We provide a range of grooming services to ensure your pet stays clean, comfortable, and looking their best. Our professional groomer tailors each service to meet your pet's needs, whether it's a routine bath or a full haircut.
To ensure we provide the best possible care for your pet, we ask all new customers to complete a few essential steps before their first stay. First, we require the creation of a new owner file, which helps us gather important information about you and your pet. You can find a copy of this below detailing all the necessary information we require. Additionally, our policy form outlines our procedures and expectations, ensuring clarity and peace of mind for both parties. Please review the policy form carefully, sign it, and bring it with you before your pet’s first visit. These steps allow us to provide a seamless experience and personalized care for your furry family member. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we're here to help!

We will require your dog's updated vaccination records showing their expiration dates for their Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper. For cats that are boarding, we will require their vaccination records showing their expiration dates for their Rabies and FVRCP. Any other comfort items such as blankets, toys, or even an old t-shirt are perfectly alright to bring with them if it will make your pets feel more comfortable. We do not encourage bringing any food bowls with your pets as they will be provided, however if your pets use slow feeder bowls they are welcome to be brought along as well.
We can provide food for your dogs and cats at an additional cost per meal. However, we do encourage bringing your pets own food in order to not upset their tummies. Water is always available for your pets both inside/outside while they are here with us.
Walk in services are only available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 9am -12pm. Our walk in services include nail trims, ear cleanings, and/or anal gland expressions only. Grooming services such as haircuts and/or baths require an appointment made in advance.
Drop off for grooming is between 7am-9am. We do employ late fees and no show fees for grooming, as it affects our other furry friends who wish to have a spa day with us.
Morning pickup/drop off is between 7am -12pm. Afternoon pickup/drop off is between 2pm-6pm. Boarding services are available every day of the week.
We do not employ any cancellation fees. If there are any change of plans to a reservation that is made, please just give a call, email, or message us through Facebook and we will update/cancel your reservation for no additional charge. If you are unsure what days you will need reserved for boarding, we recommend booking extra just in case. Here you and your pets will only have to "pay for what you stay."
We offer a 10% discount for active and retired military, as well as discounts for multiple pets sharing kennels and long-term stays consisting of over eight days. We do NOT offer any discounts for grooming services, as grooming services are provided from a third party.
Depending on weather and preferences/requirements of the dogs, every day they are let out on rotations of every 30-40 minutes between 8:00am -11:30am, and once again after nap time between 1:30pm -6:30pm with a break between 4:30 -5:00pm for dinner. This means that while one group is outside enjoying some playtime for 30-40 minutes another group is inside taking a rest and recharging for their 30-40 minutes outside.
Yes, we do! Tours generally last between 5 - 10 minutes in which staff will show you the general layout of the facility and answer any questions you may have to the best of their ability. Please schedule a tour with us ahead of time in order to work out the best time that will not upset our furry friends staying with us.
We do, our invite code is 565299. However, it is not used to book any reservations or appointments as it is not very user friendly and is very difficult to work with. Primarily, it is used to keep an update on your pets vaccinations and to keep a digital file of your pets.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
